I offer a holistic approach to health and beauty believing that the outer reflects the inner.
I have been practicing as a Holistic Beauty & Aromatherapist for 30 years & having built up a wealth of experience assisting clients to find non- drug solutions for a number of issues ranging from skin problems and stress related conditions. In order to offer this service I've undertaken training in Health Kinesiology - muscle testing, detoxification, nutrition and specialist massage techniques such as Reflexology & Lymphatic Drainage massage for clients with oedema.
In 2001 I trained as a Bowen therapist with Bowtech (UK) working alongside one of the UK's premier Bowen practitioners. This is a truly amazing therapy which can aid people to manage chronic pain or conditions such as Fibromyalgia. Also excellent for helping restrictions and recovery from injuries and as an effective alternative to massage. Being ideal for all ages but particularly the elderly & pregnancy as it's so gentle.
*Introducing Dec 2017 Micro-needling also known as collagen induction therapy & is a non surgical treatment which improves the appearance for acne scars, deep lines & pigmentation. Specialist serums are used during the procedure *Mesotherapy.
