About Us

With 30 years of full time experience within the NHS & private practice, I am dedicated to providing an excellent service.

My work with thousands of people has provided me with the opportunity to work with people living with cancer, with chronic conditions, through pregnancy, with everyday stress as well as with those who have sought out massage for enjoyment or as part of their self care routine.

Whether you're an elder seeking relaxation or relief from pain, or a young athlete recovering from an injury, I offer Swedish, deep tissue, remedial, & sports massages tailored to your needs.

I am a full member of the Complimentary Therapists Association, DBS checked & part of Healthy Island Partnership team which offers accessible personalised healthcare to E14 residents who are in Network 8.

I teach & Mentor in body based & movement therapies & trained to teach Mindfulness with Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield.

These teachings inform my massage practice.
