About Us

I have been a Holistic Practitioner for 25 years, specialising in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, On-site Seated Acupressure Massage, Reiki Healing, Sport Injuries and Remedial techniques, Chi Machine Therapy, Bamboo massage therapy and Hopi Ear Candling and Bereavement Counselling. I have also completed 2 Mindfulness Meditation courses and EMIPlus which helps with trauma, phobias and stress triggers. In addition to my own practice I have worked with various groups for the Newport Local Health Board, offering holistic, therapeutic treatment for relaxation & stress management.
