Nicola Smith is a qualified Zero Balancing Touch and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She offers 1-2-1 somatic work for trauma recovery. Face to Face sessions are available in Stamford, Lincs and online sessions are available worldwide. She has over 25 years experience as a practitioner, teacher and group facilitator.

In 2023 she set up My Embodied Life - trauma informed therapy which supports individuals and groups who wish to engage with their a journey of self-discovery, exploration and embodied healing.
