I am an experienced, professionally qualified sports massage therapist and have been practising in Dunfermline since 2007. I provided sports massage and a range of more relaxing treatments such as such as reflexology and therapeutic massage. I work from my home treatment room in the Transy area of Dunfermline near Dunfermline city centre.

I enjoyed a career in nursing and worked in the NHS before taking a career break to bring up my family. I have 14 years experience as a sports massage therapist. I am also a qualified Pilates Instructor.

Treatments include:
Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Seated On Site Acupressure Massage and Pilates.

I regularly update my skills by attending CPD courses and am fully insured for all treatments provided. The professional bodies I have membership of are the Complementary Therapy Association.
