I am a somatic experiencing practitioner, A family constellation & retreat facilitator. I accompany individuals in releasing their trauma through the body. My 2 decades of working with individuals and groups helps me see that to restore connection and wellbeing, its important to tap into soma intelligence and in doing so, we are reclaiming our sense of agency and intimacy. My work is devoted to healing the relational wounds and with it restoring our sense of belonging
