I have been a therapist for over 15 years practising remedial and holistic therapies and during that time I have worked in clinics, gyms, spas and provided massage at therapy shows and events.

All my treatments are tailored for each individuals needs and I believe whatever your age, current health or if you have an existing medical condition then in most cases there is a treatment for you.

I have always been interested in the impact stress has on both mind and body and the part it can play or contribute to illness and health conditions. A regular massage treatment along with other lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise can help to promote well being, aid relaxation and alleviate stress and muscular tension that is often the cause of headaches and niggling aches and pains.
