Specializing in Advanced Reflexology.Also offering Reiki and Indian head massage and running Kundalini Yoga classes.

I have been practicing complementary therapy for the past 16 years.During that time I have been on a number of courses to learn new techniques and recently qualified as an Advanced Reflexology therapist. This uses techniques which work very deeply achieving amazing results in a very short space of time. I am very proud to say that I am the only A.R.T. registered reflexologist in my area.

Since 2012 I have been attending Longevitology seminars where I have gained a lot of experience in adjustments of the body. These in turn have enhanced my sensitivity in all my therapies.

I am now a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and am running yoga classes at a couple of different locations. It has given me boundless energy which I am able to convey to my clients.
