I specialise in all aspects of Reflexology including priming for labour and lymphatic drainage through Reflexology - the RLD Sally Kay Method.

Whether you have a specific condition you would like me to work on or are just stressed and need some time out and tlc you are welcome.

I am not a spa, I do not have low lights and candles.

I do have lots of experience in many conditions and life and a down to earth approach to my treatments.

There is no pressure from me and you can come for one treatment only, regularly or as and when you feel the need - entirely up to you.

ARE YOU PREGNANT, TRYING TO CONCEIVE or have recently had a baby ?

Maternity Reflexology is a wonderful therapy and can be given THROUGHOUT your pregnancy (providing certain criteria are met) and priming for labour can be very useful helping the onset of labour.

I use advanced reflexology techniques and Vertical Reflex Therapy as well and the 'normal' reflexology and keep up to date with innovative reflexology techniques and attend masterclasses with International Tutors.

I allow plenty of time between clients so you will not be rushed out if you need time to gather your thoughts following the treatment.
