About Us

I offer one to one therapeutic sessions, day workshops and retreats using somatic techniques, deep body listening combined with creative expression using voice, movement and art.
I am a Neuro Dramatic Play Practitioner, using a range of creative mediums therapeutically and have completed two years training in Somatic Experiencing; originally a trauma healing modality but applicable to a range of areas and symptoms that fall outside of this category.
You are welcome to come as you are and work with where you are at or bring particular areas to work on for releasing, gaining clarity/insight and more.
I hold space to release past impressions left in the body, realign with the present moment and refocus for future dreams.
Sessions can combine all of the above or focus purely on one. Sarah works intuitively and brings what's needed in the moment.
