About Us

I am originally from Derry/Londonderry but have traveled, studied and worked all over the world, from London to Sydney to India.

I started meditating when I was 18 and learned Transcendental Meditation in my early twenties. This started my love for meditation which has continued to be one of the main focuses and guiding forces in my life up to today.

I moved to Australia in 2000 and studied many different healing arts, including Reflexology, Reiki, Bowen Technique, Bach Flower Essences and Pranic Healing.

I also did a two year apprenticeship with a teacher of Classical Chinese Medicine and Daoist meditation.

I became a phone counselor for a suicide helpline and completed a 3 year training in Hakomi psychotherapy.

I then spent a couple of years living between Australia and India, studying the Buddhist approach to healing and psychotherapy, as well as deepening my own meditation practice.

I am delighted to return home and offer the learning and wisdom that I have been privileged to experience.
