About Us

I incorporate the use of a variety of advanced massage techniques, including the use of therapeutic hot stone massage, to provide treatments that are tailored to meet the individual needs of the client with the intention of:
*relieving soft tissue aches and pains
*addressing specific problem areas
*destressing and revitalising
*promoting relaxation

Deep abdominal/colonic massage is also available.

Clients are treated uniquely and with the utmost care and discretion at all times.

Most appointments last 45-60 minutes.
The first appointment includes an additional 10-15 minute confidential consultation to enable me to tailor the treatment more specifically to meet your individual needs.

Where you are under the care of another health care professional or specialist, it may be necessary for me to obtain written consent from them before commencing your massage treatment; this is to safeguard your personal health and wellbeing.

I actively continue to attend courses to update and extend my knowledge and skills and have undertaken a number of courses with JING Massage in Brighton.(www.jingmassage.com).
These courses have equipped me with a broad range of holistic medical massage skills to treat a variety of conditions.

Additionally, JING has enabled me to learn the necessary skills to treat women during pregnancy and also to teach infant massage to parents and/or carers.

I am also a qualified nurse and feel that my nursing background complements my massage therapy work by allowing greater understanding of medical conditions and enhancing my ability and desire to make clients feel better both physically and emotionally.
