Special class for mums from 7 weeks postpartum with their babies to help strengthening back, tummy and all over, to re-energize and bond with the baby.

- Pregnancy Yoga in Ickenham and at the Hillingdon Leisure Centre, Uxbridge, for pregnant women from 15 weeks onwards.
