Rhonda is a Reiki Master Teacher running courses & and giving Reiki treatments. She is a Qualified Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation Instructor. Rhonda is fully qualified to give Seated Acupressure Treatments (City & Guilds Diploma).Rhonda has gained a Diploma in ITEC Holistic Massage specializing as a therapist in back, shoulder & neck massage, whole body, facial and deep tissue massage.

Rhonda offers improved health, fitness and healing through various holistic treatments and courses in Tai Chi, Qigong, Reiki and Meditation. She focuses on providing therapeutic treatments according to the client's needs. Treatments can help to ease neck, back and shoulder problems, relieve headaches, relax overworked muscles and energize the body through deep tissue massage, a seated acupressure treatment or a Reiki session. Clients are treated on an individual basis to ensure a well balanced and personalized care plan. Abundant Energy treats the whole person allowing them to tap into reserves of energy and promote good health.
