I have extensive experience in treating people with life limiting illnesses such as cancer, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinsons' Disease. The benefit of touch and the positive attention received through the therapies I provide can help with symptoms of anxiety, depression and some of the physical symptoms such as pain. People suffering from these conditions often find it difficult to access the treatments I provide, as some therapists have not been trained in giving treatments to people in their position. I have worked both with private patients and for a hospice providing treatments to patients suffering from these conditions.
