About Us

I have been a birth educator since 2000 and specialise in maternity therapies. I am a fully qualified ITEC and Wellmother and Sole to Soul therapist, offering massage and reflexology that is safe for all trimesters of pregnancy and postnatal. I also specialise in reflexology for fertility trained with Seren Reproflexology. I am a Metamorphic Technique practitioner teacher and a member of the Metamorphic Association. I practice from my studio in Central Ruislip with a specially designed massage couch to accommodate your growing bump. I offer gift vouchers and do home visits for postnatal reflexology. I also offer mum and baby sessions.
