Endermologie is a non-surgical and non-invasive treatment which targets the cause of cellulite (a dimpling on the surface of the skin) through the method of deep tissue massage using a hand held device.
An Endermologie technician uses a small motorized device with two adjustable rollers and a controlled level of suction to gently massage deep into the layers of tissue under the skin, improving the blood flow and aiding lymphatic drainage. Common problem areas such as the lower stomach, hips, thighs, and buttocks can be specifically targeted, helping to eliminate excess fluid and improving overall cellular function.
The technician will also monitor diet and fluid intake and may suggest a programme of excercise to help target specific problem areas.
