Jo Black, is a guide and healer working with women to overcome deep feelings of despair, stuckness and just feeling lost, to feeling courageous and confident and making the sometimes difficult choices to create their happy, healthy, fulfilled life.
Jo is a qualified Executive, Business and Personal Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, TLT and Hypnosis. Jo also brings wellbeing tools of Breath and Meditation to her practice.
Her own life experience and passion to support and empower other women is the motivation behind the creation of her Rapid Release and Re-Connect technique (TM) and 5 step Conscious Change Mastery Framework.
