About Us

I am a fully trained and insured reflexologist and have been working as a therapist for the past 10 years.
The theory behind reflexology is that tension and congestion in the body are mirrored in the feet. Each foot contains points or "reflexes" that correspond to the various organs and systems of the body. The reflexologist uses this relationship between the feet and the rest of the body to enhance the body's own natural healing responses by applying pressure to these reflexes.
I combine these skills with my knowlege of essential oils and hydrolats, or floral waters, to offer a unique reflexology treatment which will help the body and mind to re-balance and heal.
My treatments are carried out on a comfortable futon mat at floor level either in the convenience of your own home or in my peaceful treatment room on a beautiful farm 15 miles from Cardigan.
