About Us

Based in Windsor, I work on site at companies and from home. Treatments include traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and seated chair massage which I do on site at local companies.

I initially trained in Holistic (Swedish) Massage, a classic massage identifying key areas where most of us require that extra work in order to reduce stress and relax.

After this I trained in deep tissue massage, helping me to offer a stronger, more targeted and affective massage. This is really effective for tension in the neck, shoulders and glutes. Calves and quads can also be focused on for runners and dancers.
