I also provide Clinical Reiki which helps balance your energy. If you wish to manage your weight without dieting ever again, and are not sure where to start, I am a Certified Eating Psychology Coach and will teach you the secrets of intuitive eating using powerful mind-body strategies, I will provide you with Health Coaching and make you accountable whilst learning new habits, to support you through the process.
