About Us

I have been involved in complementary health for over 30 years, teaching dance/creative movement and yoga to children, adults and the mentally ill throughout Europe and Japan and India. In the last years I focused my work more on bodywork, yoga and massage. I have been a senior Spa trainer in some of the worlds leading destination spas for 16 years.
My special interest lies in the interplay of body and mind. In our head-driven society our bodies often get forgotten until some pain reminds us to pay attention. Blockages in the energy flow can be removed through active movement, stretching, massage and meditation. I like to include the whole person in the healing process and aim to increase peoples vitality and joy of life.
